Job Description

Job title: Senior Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain scalable production systems using Python, React, and TypeScript; drive performance improvements, testing, CI/CD, and AI model integration. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code rapidly, collaborate closely with product teams, and adopt modern AI engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: • Implement end‑to‑end features in Python, React, and TypeScript • Optimize application performance and scalability • Strengthen unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines • Translate user problems into simple, effective solutions in partnership with product managers • Integrate the latest AI models and tools into the product stack • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Required Skills: • 8+ years of building production‑grade systems • Advanced proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript • Strong SQL database design and query optimization skills • Expertise in automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) • Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments • Familiarity with AI model integration (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred) • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) are a plus.
