Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Coordinator **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end HR operational support for a global workforce, managing the full employee lifecycle, HR data integrity, and global HR initiatives. Serve as a key point of contact for HR queries, coordinate onboarding/off‑boarding, support recruitment, deliver HR programmes, and analyze HR metrics to inform decision‑making. **Expectations:** * 3+ years of HR support experience, including at least 2 years in a global or multi‑country setting. * Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive HR processes with confidentiality and accuracy. * Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. * Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate full employee lifecycle activities—onboarding, payroll changes, off‑boarding, and contract administration across multiple jurisdictions. * Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., 15Five, UKG, Replicon) and ensure data integrity and compliance. * Lead onboarding and off‑boarding for European staff, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Act as the primary HR support contact for global teams, escalating complex issues to senior HR leaders. * Assist the CPO and HR Director with reporting, presentations, and preparation of materials for global people initiatives. * Support delivery of global HR programmes such as performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. * Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analyses; prepare presentations using PowerPoint and Canva for leadership and board meetings. * Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures globally, assist with compliance audits and data protection requirements. * Stay updated on HR best practices and statutory employment legislation relevant to a global organisation. **Required Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint; confident using Canva and other presentation tools. * Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools (e.g., 15Five, UKG, Replicon). * Excellent written and verbal English communication; fluency in French or German is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail, ability to produce accurate, timely work. * Superb interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across offices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting. * Ability to work independently, show initiative, and remain flexible under changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred). * 3+ years relevant HR professional experience (minimum 2 years in HR support). * CIPD qualification or enrollment toward CIPD accreditation. * Knowledge of statutory requirements for European and global organisations.
