**Job Title**
Creative & Social Media Assistant Internship (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Short‑term, non‑paid internship focused on building and enhancing the brand’s digital presence. The intern will design content calendars, produce engaging visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, write expert‑tone copy, edit short videos, and contribute creative campaign ideas under direct supervision of the operations director.
**Expectations**
- Duration: less than 2 months, start Jan/Feb 2026.
- Independent, self‑motivated with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
- Willingness to take initiative, propose ideas, and reflect on feedback.
- Possibility of a stipend or bonus based on engagement and results.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Build and maintain the social media editorial calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
2. Produce high‑impact visual content: reels, carousels, stories, and short‑format videos.
3. Write captions and copy in a consistent, expert brand voice.
4. Edit videos using existing footage or stock imagery, employing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
5. Research and propose new formats, activations, and engaging campaigns.
6. Monitor creative and competitive trends within the wellness, sports, and performance niche.
7. Collaborate with the founding team on strategic communication initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Strong visual and aesthetic judgment.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent design tools.
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
- Self‑discipline, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
- Ability to propose and iterate on creative concepts.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current or recent student (or graduate) in Communication, Marketing, Visual Arts, Design, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required; prior coursework or portfolio demonstrating design and social media skills is preferred.
