Job Description: Job title: IT Project Manager Role Summary: Manage client-facing IT projects, including mobilisation and exit for key accounts, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and time while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and applying appropriate project governance and methodology. Expactations: Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, drive process improvement, communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, and operate in a secure, compliance‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and close projects from initiation to delivery. • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID registers, and change control documentation. • Facilitate governance and stakeholder reporting, including status updates and issue resolution. • Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and clients to align project outcomes with business goals. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges. • Support mobilisation programmes and exit activities for key accounts. • Lead lessons‑learned initiatives and promote continuous improvement. Required Skills: • 5+ years project management in IT, software, consulting or professional services. • Proven experience in client‑facing projects and multi‑project delivery. • Knowledge of Public Sector technology programmes and secure environments. • Proficiency in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Skilled in planning tools, governance frameworks, and change management. • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. • Ability to translate complex IT concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
