Expactations: - Provide timely, accurate reports and dashboards for product, finance, and operations stakeholders. - Translate analytical findings into concise, persuasive recommendations. - Maintain high standards of data quality and analytical rigor. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain product‑centric dashboards in Tableau tracking KPIs for investing and banking features. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from relational and big‑data sources. - Transform raw data into clean datasets using Databricks and DBT for downstream consumption. - Monitor customer behavior and product performance in Amplitude to identify friction points and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define experiment plans, perform A/B testing, and model results. - Support infrastructure planning and tool development for the Core Experience data environment. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in product or financial services. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau mandatory). - Experience with modern data stack components: Databricks, DBT, and product analytics platforms (Amplitude). - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodology. - Ability to present complex analytical insights to non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with analytical or data‑engineering certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Google Data Studio, Azure Data Engineer) is advantageous.
