**Job Title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Dynamic Product Manager with 1‑3 years of experience leading SaaS ticketing/E‑commerce products. Drives discovery, strategy, and delivery of features that enhance customer value and business outcomes for a performing‑arts technology platform. Collaborates cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams. **Expectations:** - Translate customer and market insights into clear product opportunities. - Own end‑to‑end feature lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration. - Prioritize work using structured frameworks (e.g., RICE, impact/effort). - Communicate decisions, trade‑offs, and progress to stakeholders. - Leverage data and metrics to measure success and inform next steps. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and data analysis. - Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. - Contribute to product roadmaps, OKRs, and KPI setting. - Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, scoping, and delivery. - Partner with design on user flows, wireframes, and UX decisions. - Work with marketing and sales on go‑to‑market plans and product launches. - Coordinate with support and success teams to identify pain points and drive improvements. - Track post‑launch performance, analyze feedback, and iterate on features. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years product management or associate PM experience. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex ideas simply. - Proven ability to break down problems into actionable requirements. - Data‑driven decision making (basic analytics, dashboards). - Organizational excellence and meticulous attention to detail. - Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel) – preferred. - Passion for the arts or exposure to theater/ticketing environments – a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
