**Job Title** Commercial Strategy & Sales Manager – Key Account Manager (Pharmacy & Parapharmacy) **Role Summary** Lead the commercial strategy and sales performance for a natural bio‑pharmaceutical laboratory. Manage a dedicated sales team, drive partnership development with pharmacy and parapharmacy groups, and align commercial initiatives with business objectives. **Expectations** - Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager in the pharmacy/parapharmacy channel - Analytical mindset with proficiency in commercial performance analysis - Strong leadership and managerial capabilities to guide a sales force - Ability to negotiate and close framework agreements, pricing, and promotional terms - Proven track record in building robust, long‑term partner relationships **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Key Account Management** - Manage strategic accounts (pharmacy and parapharmacy groups) - Negotiate framework contracts, pricing, discounts, margins, and promotion plans - Monitor and optimize rebate, discount, margin, and profitability parameters - Execute local operations through field teams and ensure partnership alignment 2. **Commercial Strategy Definition & Deployment** - Collaborate with the Business Unit leadership to define commercial objectives - Contribute to product launch strategies, pricing policies, and sales tools - Drive alignment of commercial messaging across national and local teams 3. **Network Activation & Performance Management** - Oversee day‑to‑day commercial network activities, ensuring shared objectives - Provide tools, training, and support for local teams to execute agreed terms - Track on‑ground KPIs, raising insights for continuous skill and performance improvement - Serve as a strategic bridge between frontline execution and corporate strategy 4. **External Representation** - Represent the company at key meetings, trade events, and sectoral events **Required Skills** - Key Account Management in pharmacy/parapharmacy sector - Data‑driven analytical skills, strong commercial judgment - Negotiation and contract management proficiency - Leadership, team management, and coaching abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field - Relevant certifications in sales, account management, or pharmaceutical sales highly desirable ---
