Job Title: Brand Strategist
Role Summary: Lead integrated brand and communication strategy across client categories. Develop insight-driven briefs, workshops, and persuasive presentations to guide creative execution and client decision‑making.

- Client‑focused, shaping discussions in meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Detail‑oriented in briefs, research summaries, personas, and decks.
- Collaborative with account, creative, and design teams; open communication.
- Adaptable to new categories, tools, platforms, and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute qualitative, quantitative, and synthetic research programs.
- Write clear, inspiring briefs translating insight into action.
- Develop communication strategies across social, content, and emerging platforms, including channel planning and audience targeting.
- Build personas, segmentation models, and customer journeys.
- Plan and facilitate strategic workshops for clients.
- Create polished, persuasive decks that simplify complex thinking.
- Track cultural signals, digital platforms, social trends, and audience behavior.
- Leverage AI research and ideation tools to enhance thinking.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner, framing opportunities and aligning decisions with broader business and brand goals.
- Support creative development, brand planning, new business, and pitch strategy alongside the account group.
Required Skills:
- Insight development and strategic writing.
- Brand strategy formulation and execution.
- Design and leadership of research (qualitative, quantitative, synthetic).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and deck‑building abilities.
- Fluency with research tools, data sources, and cultural intelligence platforms.
- Digital and social media fluency, including emerging platforms.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or digital strategy at an agency or in‑house.
- Certifications in research, branding, design thinking, or related disciplines are an asset.
