Job Title: Industrialisation Engineer – Senior (H/F) Role Summary Senior engineer responsible for leading industrialisation projects to meet quality, cost, and reliability targets. Develop production processes for new products, collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and manage the full lifecycle from concept to series production. Expectations Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Key Responsibilities - Analyse customer needs and define industrialisation solutions within set timelines and budgets. - Coordinate tooling development with commercial teams, clients, and suppliers. - Design manufacturing operations, including fabrication methods, process steps, and control plans. - Plan and execute test programs for prototypes and pilot parts, analysing results against performance objectives. - Produce first‑article reports, present outcomes to internal and external parties, and secure approvals for production launch. - Develop and deliver training for production staff. - Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and normative milestones. - Summarise and present results to management. Required Skills - Mechanical engineering fundamentals; experience with plastics, drawing, and metrology. - Functional analysis and project management expertise. - Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD). - Strong analytical, methodological, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and synthesis skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams. - Proficient in English for communication with international clients.
