Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Systems Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and support the technical operation of the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, overseeing system integrations, and providing application and IT support. Act as primary liaison with the CRM provider’s MSP and collaborate with management and user groups to optimize workflows and client service efficiency. **Expectations:** - Maintain high availability and performance of the CRM system. - Ensure compliance with data governance standards. - Deliver timely technical support and resolve user issues. - Drive process automation and integration enhancements. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer CRM user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations. - Coordinate with MSP for escalated issues and system upgrades. - Monitor and preserve data quality and governance compliance. - Support and troubleshoot API‑based integrations and ETL processes. - Develop and run scripts for task automation. - Manage network folder structures, permissions, and AD account tasks. - Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for applications and related systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient workflows. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and customization. - Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript). - Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and permission management. - Familiarity with API integrations, ETL concepts, and data mapping. - Competence with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and prioritization abilities. - Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services/wealth management. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred). - Salesforce Platform Developer I (highly desirable). - Experience with wealth‑management systems (e.g., Addepar, Redblack, Practifi) is a plus.
