Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Platform Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations, ensuring seamless user experience and robust data integrity across internal and external stakeholders. Expectations: Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on schedule while balancing multiple competing priorities; maintain strong communication with business units, developers, and users; continuously optimize platform performance and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, document, test, and implement Salesforce.com integrations, process improvements, and customizations. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture. - Manage development priorities in collaboration with business teams and end users. - Maintain and enhance workflows, Lightning Communities, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and WordPress integrations. - Administer user permissions, access controls, and address usability concerns. - Monitor system metrics, data integrity, and platform health. - Collaborate with Marketing to support external web assets (e.g., meyersound.com). Required Skills: - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience. - Salesforce Developer certification or equivalent hands‑on Apex/Visualforce/Scripts experience. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Lightning Communities, and Enterprise APIs (PHP). - WordPress development proficiency. - Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification. - Salesforce Developer Certification (or equivalent experience).
