Job Description
Job title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Deliver secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily through custom Apex, Lightning (LWC and Aura), and integration development, while maintaining platform administration, release readiness, and user support. Expectations: - Develop and deploy high‑performance Salesforce solutions. - Balance custom code with declarative automation. - Maintain code quality, standards, and system stability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and test Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components, SOQL/SOSL, async processes, and custom metadata. - Build and maintain API‑driven and event‑based integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, platform events). - Create reusable components and contribute to scalable architecture. - Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and support QA. - Configure and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, flows, and process automation. - Provide user and license management, address support tickets, and monitor system health. - Run release readiness reviews, implement updates, and participate in CI/CD pipelines (Copado, DevOps). - Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, admins, and analysts throughout SDLC. Required Skills: - Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, async processing. - Flow Builder, Process Builder, declarative automation. - Integration patterns, platform events, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs. - CI/CD tools (Copado, DevOps). - Strong problem‑solving, independent work, cross‑functional communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience. - 5+ years Salesforce development + 3+ years administration. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II preferred. - Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred. - Experience with Service Cloud configuration, data modeling; Data Cloud knowledge a plus.
