**Job Title:** Client Lead Director – E-Commerce & Performance
**Role Summary:**
Drive the growth and profitability of the client portfolio by blending strategic consulting, commercial development, and operational leadership. Lead on‑site e‑commerce and performance initiatives, secure new consulting contracts, and build a high‑performing community of senior freelancers, with the aim of scaling the business to 30+ experts within 24 months.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years in e‑commerce or performance marketing with senior leadership experience in an agency or large multinational.
- Proven track record in client‑lead/consulting roles: business development, proposal winning, and team recruitment.
- Comfortable engaging C‑level stakeholders (CEO, CMO, CDO).
- Experience in Luxury, Beauty, Retail, or Fashion sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external (freelance) teams; strong organizational and delivery focus.
- Action‑oriented problem solver with excellent communication and community‑building skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Transition Management (40 %)** – Lead client projects for 2‑3 days per week, oversee internal teams, ensure e‑commerce and performance marketing projects meet scope, quality, and value targets.
2. **Business Development & Consulting (40 %)** – Prospect, secure, and manage high‑impact consulting engagements with major accounts; increase booking volume and deepen presence in Beauty, Luxury, and Fashion verticals.
3. **Community Leadership (20 %)** – Source, select, match, and retain senior freelance experts (e‑commerce, performance marketing, CRM); animate the community, foster knowledge sharing, and maintain engagement.
4. **Operational Excellence** – Guarantee high‑quality deliverables, client satisfaction, continuous skill enhancement, and sustainable project handover.
5. **Co‑Design & Process Innovation** – Develop methodologies, service offerings, staffing frameworks, guidelines, and internal tools to add value for clients.
6. **Scale & Embed** – Structure a 30+ expert team within 24 months and embed the service offering within the broader ecosystem.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen in digital commerce and performance marketing.
- Strong client‑management and proposal development capabilities.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, both permanent and freelance.
- Proficiency in data‑driven decision making and performance metrics.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
