**Job Title:** Business Development Professional **Role Summary:** Drive growth by identifying, approaching, and converting new B2B customers for a renewable‑energy product portfolio (photovoltaic panels, inverters, mounting systems, accessories, and battery solutions). Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet individual and team revenue targets while building lasting client relationships. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed defined sales quotas. - Operate autonomously with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. - Maintain high‑level communication and collaboration with internal teams. - Demonstrate results‑orientation and strong motivation to achieve goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and qualify new business opportunities and prospects. - Conduct sales meetings, present solutions, and persuade potential clients. - Develop and nurture strong, long‑term customer relationships. - Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts. - Report sales activities, pipeline status, and progress to the Sales Manager. - Collaborate with colleagues to design optimal solutions for client needs. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable‑energy sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is a plus. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. - Team‑player attitude with collaborative spirit. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - No specific certifications required; industry‑related training considered advantageous.
