Job Title: Manager – Business Development & Sales Role Summary: Lead the acquisition and management of corporate clients for certification‑focused training programs, developing relationships, closing sales, and driving revenue through strategic outreach and pipeline management. Expectations: Part‑time, with flexible location (remote or on‑site); commission‑based compensation tied to closed deals; accountability for meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and identify new corporate accounts targeting staff training on ISO standards and EU regulations. - Conduct needs‑analysis, deliver product presentations, and present tailored proposals. - Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements. - Maintain accurate sales documentation in CRM, including opportunities, forecasts, and pipelines. - Monitor and report sales metric dashboards to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and support lead‑generation campaigns. - Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support to clients, ensuring a smooth transition to instructional delivery. Required Skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management. - Strong communication and persuasion abilities, with a consultative sales approach. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently. - Experience selling training or education services is advantageous.
