**Job title**
Local Cybersecurity & IT Lead (RSSI Adjoint)
**Role Summary**
Serve as the on‑site cyber‑security and IT reference for one or more critical industrial sites. Lead the deployment and enforcement of security policies, support OT/IT infrastructure, manage incidents, and coordinate with central SI and cyber teams to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
**Expactations**
- Combine governance (risk, compliance, audits) and technical execution.
- Act as the primary cyber‑security point of contact for site operators, maintenance, projects, and contractors.
- Deliver training, awareness, and communication activities to embed security best practices across the organization.
- Ensure policy adoption, system checks, and regulatory fulfilment.
- Handle local incident response, vulnerability follow‑up, and participate in crisis simulations.
- Provide detailed reporting, audit preparation, and action plans to senior cyber and SI stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead local cyber‑security initiatives: training, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
- Deploy and monitor policies, standards, and procedures (patching, antivirus, backups, hardening).
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Configure and manage network and security infrastructure (switches, firewalls, industrial equipment).
- Update asset inventories and network architecture diagrams.
- Support maintenance teams and projects; validate security controls during acceptance tests.
- Conduct first‑line diagnostics for IT/cyber incidents and support crisis management exercises.
- Track vulnerabilities, propose remediation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in coordination meetings, prepare audit documentation, and maintain key compliance indicators.
- Bridge communication between on‑site teams and central cyber/SI staff.
**Required Skills**
- Proven cyber‑security experience, especially in industrial/OT environments.
- Strong IT foundation in networks, operating systems, and operational security.
- Hands‑on skill with firewalls, switches, and industrial control systems.
- Incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation planning.
- Excellent communication, training, and facilitation abilities.
- Project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational, autonomous, and team‑orientated mindset.
- Writing and synthesis skills.
- English language proficiency (advantageous).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent OT/Industrial Security credentials.
