**Job Title** Marketing Coordinator Co-Op **Role Summary** Support the marketing function for Peak Services during the 2026 Spring/Summer term. Execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage collateral and digital assets, and collaborate with sales to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality marketing outputs within tight deadlines. - Maintain brand consistency across all media and materials. - Proactively seek optimization opportunities through data analysis. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, develop, and launch marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, field). - Design, update, and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, door hangers). - Create, schedule, and monitor social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Coordinate website content updates and collaborate with IT/vendors. - Track and analyze web traffic and campaign metrics; produce actionable reports. - Manage the marketing calendar and align projects with sales objectives. - Assist with branded merchandise planning and employee/customer activation. - Maintain marketing inventory and negotiate with external suppliers. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools: social media platforms, email marketing software, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress. - Basic graphic design skills (Canva; Adobe Creative Suite an asset). - Photography, video editing, and content creation capability (portfolio evidence required). - Organizational and project management abilities; capability to multitask. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Diploma or Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with digital marketing analytics and design tools is preferred.
