Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of the Salesforce platform, driving system excellence, automation, and user adoption across the organization.
Expectations:
- Deliver scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and leverage platform releases.
- Mentor junior administrators and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent best practices.
- Maintain system integrity, security, and data quality while exploring AI and emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build declarative solutions (process automation, flows, Lightning components).
- Manage configuration, integration, and deployment across environments (sandbox to production).
- Evaluate, recommend, and support third‑party tools (Zuora, Gainsight, eSignature, etc.).
- Gather requirements, troubleshoot, and optimize business processes with end users and stakeholders.
- Perform regression, end‑user, and functional testing; document solutions and maintain technical knowledge base.
- Lead governance activities: data model review, security settings, audit trails, and compliance.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment (sprint planning, Jira) and share insights with the Revenue Technology team.
- Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and vice versa.
- Manage time effectively in a dynamic, shifting priority landscape.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years Salesforce Administration, deep knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Agentforce Clouds.
- Expert in declarative development, data migration (Data Loader, DemandTools), and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
- Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Agile project methodologies.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and driving change.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications.
- Additional certifications in Data Management, Integration, or Advanced Administration preferred.
