**Job Title** Machine Learning Consultant **Role Summary** Deliver advanced machine‑learning solutions for global clients by designing, building, testing, and deploying models that translate data into actionable business insights. Act as a technical advisor to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate across data science, engineering, and strategy teams. **Expectations** * Drive end‑to‑end modeling projects from problem definition to production deployment. * Translate client objectives into structured analytical frameworks. * Communicate complex technical findings in plain language. **Key Responsibilities** * Build, validate, and deploy machine‑learning models, ensuring scalability and robustness. * Analyze client data, identify key variables, and formulate predictive or prescriptive strategies. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data engineering, product, strategy) to integrate models into client workflows. * Present model results, assumptions, and limitations to senior business leaders and technical audiences. * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ML techniques and industry best practices. **Required Skills** * Extensive experience developing and deploying machine‑learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation). * Strong mathematical/statistical foundation: optimisation, probability, predictive modelling. * Proficiency in Python or R (including libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, tidyverse). * Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control (Git). * Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and creativity under pressure. * Effective communication skills for non‑technical audiences. * Prior consulting or client‑facing technical role a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. * Certifications in machine‑learning or data‑science platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker, Microsoft Azure ML, etc.) preferred.
