Job Description

**Job Title** IT & System Integration Intern **Role Summary** Assist with the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks and related infrastructure. Gain hands‑on exposure to networking equipment, VPNs, firewalls, and AV‑over‑IP solutions while learning troubleshooting, structured cabling, and IT best practices. **Expactations** - Proactive participation in real‑world projects. - Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and solve technical issues. - Adept at working with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and AV‑over‑IP equipment. **Key Responsibilities** - Support installation and configuration of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks. - Operate and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN devices. - Assist with AV‑over‑IP solutions and basic system integration tasks. - Perform network troubleshooting and structured cabling maintenance. - Follow IT best‑practice guidelines and documentation procedures. **Required Skills** - Fundamentals of digital infrastructure and networking. - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and wireless standards. - Familiarity with network switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN technologies. - Ability to work with AV‑over‑IP systems. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized institute (e.g., OFPPT, CMC). - Minimum degree or diploma in Digital Infrastructure, Networking, IT, or related field. - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
