Job Description
**Job Title** Senior ServiceNow Consultant **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across multiple IT and business domains. Act as business analyst, solution architect, and technical consultant to deliver high‑quality, integrated platform solutions that meet client requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects for ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Project Management, Financial Management, GRC, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and custom applications. - Engage clients through preservation of high standards of technical and communication excellence. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform business processes via ServiceNow automation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and define project scope. 2. Design solution architecture and configure ServiceNow modules. 3. Develop custom applications, write code, and perform platform tuning. 4. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (SIEM, CMDB, IAM, etc.). 5. Deliver presales presentations, workshops, and demos. 6. Provide client guidance, training, and post‑implementation support. 7. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and status reporting. **Required Skills** - Deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, GRC, Security Operations, Customer Service, Field Service). - Strong object‑oriented programming experience (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Glide). - Proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML). - Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. - Fluent in English; Swedish language proficiency required. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one application developer certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer). - ITIL Foundation certification (advantage). ---
