**Job Title**: Executive Assistant **Role Summary**: Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, ensuring efficient operations through expert scheduling, communication, and proactive coordination of priorities. **Expectations**: Manage dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts for 3+ executives. - Plan and organize domestic/international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. - Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and coordinate logistics for executive engagements and company events. - Support executive communications and document production (presentations, reports, expense reports). - Facilitate collaboration between executives, internal teams, and external partners. - Assist with executive onboarding and special projects as requested. **Required Skills**: - Advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with Concur Expense Reporting. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities. - Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Discretion in handling confidential information and interacting with senior stakeholders. - Event planning and facilities management experience. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree. - 6+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. - Demonstrated ability to use business applications and technologies effectively.
