Job title: Business Manager (Internship) Role Summary: Act as the primary point of contact for professionals in the building sector seeking to enter the energy renovation market. Expectations: - Master fundamental sales processes: structured pitch, persuasion, negotiation, and value‑added consultation. - Build credibility as a sector reference by consistently delivering insightful market knowledge. - Deliver measurable business outcomes (client conversion, project closing) within a structured internship period. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate daily with company owners, artisans, and building professionals to understand their needs and recommend tailored renovation solutions. - Guide clients through the entire sales cycle: needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, follow‑up, and finalization. - Attend internal coaching sessions, utilize provided tools, and progressively increase confidence in commercial operations. - Maintain accurate client records, track progress, and report outcomes to the management team. - Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions to help elevate collective expertise within the organization.
