**Job Title**: Communications & Community Management Intern (Unpaid) **Role Summary** Act as the on‑site brand communicator for an eco‑agriculture startup during the International Agriculture Show in Paris. Produce real‑time social media content, manage online communities, and support the overall communication strategy, delivering engaging posts, stories, videos, and post‑event reporting. **Expectations** - Create and publish daily content on Instagram and Facebook (posts, stories, reels). - Manage real‑time interactions and community engagement at the event‑stand. - Deliver event coverage and a post‑event analysis report. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Content Creation** – Design and schedule educational and engaging posts, stories, reels for Instagram and Facebook; craft captions that highlight products, installations, and customer feedback. 2. **Community Management** – Respond to comments, private messages, and public inquiries; moderate discussions to maintain a positive brand voice. 3. **Event Communication** – Prepare pre‑event teasers and schedules; create live posts, stories, and video content during the salon; capture photos, videos, and live‑stream footage from the booth. 4. **Post‑Event Reporting** – Compile best‑of highlights, analytics, and impact metrics; produce a concise post‑event summary for internal stakeholders. 5. **Brand Representation** – Engage visitors at the booth, explain products, and handle on‑site questions with confidence and enthusiasm. **Required Skills** - Exceptional written communication in French (English desirable). - Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook publishing tools; up‑to‑date on social media trends. - Basic photography and video editing (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush). - Strong interpersonal and public‑speaking abilities. - Creative, autonomous, solution‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; coursework or projects in digital marketing or social media preferred.
