**Job Title**
Systems and Cloud Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, optimize, and maintain Azure cloud architectures and hybrid on‑premise environments. Serve as the technical reference for cloud practices, oversee cloud operations, and support application server stability across global sites. Lead projects, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive continuous improvement in infrastructure performance and cybersecurity.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices, hybrid migration, and incident response.
- Collaborate across functional teams, manage project timelines, and report status to stakeholders.
- Champion innovation and contribute to broader IT strategy initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and optimize Azure cloud services, including hybrid scenarios (Exchange Hybrid, AADC, Azure AD).
- Manage cloud environments: performance monitoring, incident handling, and capacity planning.
- Maintain and secure Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Office 365 environments.
- Oversee application servers (France & International) for stability and scalability.
- Evolve storage and backup solutions (Veeam, Dell EMC).
- Support ITIL processes and production deployments.
- Lead system projects regionally and internationally, including travel where required.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in systems and cloud engineering with Azure expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Office 365.
- Proficiency with hypervisors (VMware, Hyper‑V) and backup platforms (Veeam).
- Strong project management: coordination, leadership, reporting, cross‑team collaboration.
- ITIL experience, production change processes, and incident management.
- Excellent analytical, communicative, and adaptable skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of comparable experience.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, Veeam Certified Engineer.
