Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications on a modern product platform, integrating AI‑driven features and leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools. Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions across front‑end and back‑end tiers. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality code that meets security and performance standards. - Incorporate AI coding, prompt engineering, and AI‑assisted tools into development workflows. - Follow CI/CD pipelines and microservices best practices. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional team members and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and deploy full‑stack web applications using React/Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js/Express or Python/Java (Spring Boot). - Implement and maintain microservice architectures and API integrations (AWS API Gateway, Lambda). - Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across all application layers. - Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI) and feature flagging (e.g., LaunchDarkly). - Utilize AI tools such as Cursor AI editor for code generation and prompt engineering. - Manage data storage with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; monitor services via CloudWatch. - Contribute to Agile ceremonies and documentation. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years front‑end development (React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS). - 2–4 years back‑end development (Node.js/Express, Python, Java Spring Boot). - Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and prompt engineering. - Knowledge of microservices design and RESTful APIs. - CI/CD implementation (CircleCI or equivalent) and feature flag management. - Proficiency with AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, S3. - Relational (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) database experience. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. - Version control with Git; understanding of OOP principles. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field *or* equivalent professional experience.
