Job Description: Job title: Client Accounting Analyst (Entry‑Level) Role Summary: Support client financial operations for an international law firm by managing billing, collections, and account reconciliation. Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and compliance with internal processes. Expectations: Deliver timely, accurate billing and collection reports, maintain high client satisfaction, and adapt to dynamic deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review monthly client Proformas and electronic invoices (LEDES format). - Manage accounts receivable, track unapplied funds, and coordinate collection efforts. - Process time/cost transfers, reviewing billing entries for accuracy. - Submit invoices to clients via their designated electronic billing systems. - Provide support and information to partners and clients regarding billing inquiries. - Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data entry, reporting, and documentation. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and client interaction. - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to new assignments, and meet tight deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 months relevant internship or work experience in accounting or billing. - No additional certifications required.
