Job Title: Full‑Stack C# .NET Web Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical, data‑driven CRM integration applications using the Microsoft stack. Work closely with senior staff and founders to extend product capabilities, implement new features, and deliver high‑quality, customer‑face applications. Expectations: - 4+ years of experience building commercial‑grade products with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server (or 5+ years without a BS). - Strong willingness to learn, self‑directed, and able to articulate technical trade‑offs. - Remote, work‑from‑home position aligned with Central GMT‑6 time zone. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize product enhancements. - Design and implement scalable, secure web components (MVC, Angular, REST APIs). - Optimize SQL Server queries and database structures. - Integrate third‑party UI libraries (e.g., Kendo UI, Bootstrap). - Apply encryption techniques (hashing, public/private key). - Manage source control (Gitlab, SVN) and maintain code quality. - Communicate progress and technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
