Job Description: Job Title: Java Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java-based backend services and APIs. Serve as a technical mentor, champion coding standards, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. Expectations: • 8+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience. • Proven track record of delivering complex, production‑grade back‑end solutions. • Strong commitment to code quality, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and sustain scalable Java applications and microservices. - Own end‑to‑end development of backend services and RESTful APIs. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices. - Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Troubleshoot production incidents and devise sustainable fixes. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Participate in architectural and design discussions.
