**Job Title**
Junior Project Manager Internship – Asset Management (AMO)
**Role Summary**
Support an operational team across the design and construction phases of tertiary, logistics, or industrial projects. Manage procurement, coordination, quality, schedule, risk, and financial oversight, and report progress to the project owner.
**Expectations**
- Final‑year student of engineering or university, specializing or interested in construction and/or real estate.
- Proven internship or contractual experience in general contracting, real‑estate development, or project control.
- Demonstrated rigor, analytical thinking, relational intelligence, and curiosity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult, negotiate, and select service providers (architects, design firms, contractors, control bodies).
- Coordinate master‑plan teams during design: validate cost, schedule, and quality; pursue optimisations; report to owner.
- Oversee technical, administrative, and financial aspects of works: track milestones, quality, compliance; identify risks and opportunities; manage close‑out; report to owner.
- Maintain administrative, contractual, and financial follow‑up throughout the project.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Final year of an engineering college or university (Bachelor’s level), with a focus on construction, civil engineering, real‑estate, or related fields.
- Prior experience through internship or contract in general contracting, real‑estate promotion, or project control.
- No mandatory certifications; foundational knowledge in construction or project management preferred.
