Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce Analyst **Role Summary** Support and manage the organization’s Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and data integrity. Lead Salesforce-related projects, provide tier‑1 user support, coordinate releases and sandbox refreshes, and maintain system backups while reducing technical debt. **Expectations** - Deliver a secure, high‑performing Salesforce platform that meets business and regulatory requirements. - Lead and complete Salesforce projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. - Maintain user satisfaction by providing timely support and clear communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer Salesforce org: health monitoring, performance tuning, upgrade and release planning, package management, and compliance checks. - Analyze and improve data quality, user activity, license usage, and security benchmarks. - Reduce technical debt, review email audit logs, and document changes. - Lead Salesforce projects: scope gathering, requirement analysis, development lifecycle coordination, sandbox refreshes, release management, and developer workload prioritization. - Manage Jira service requests, track SLA performance, and provide tier‑1 support to key users. - Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, collaborate with HR on termination reports. - Conduct production and sandbox backups, troubleshoot backup failures, and archive backup records. **Required Skills** - 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or similar role. - Proficient in Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform tools. - Strong understanding of SDLC, sandbox management, and release coordination. - Excellent problem‑solving, detail orientation, and interpersonal communication. - Experience with user support and IT service management tools (e.g., Jira). - Willingness to travel domestically. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Administrator Certificate (required).
