Acts as the critical liaison between production and mechanical engineering, safeguarding process robustness, product quality, equipment reliability, and compliance with cleanroom standards. Expectations: - Deliver reliable process performance and stability. - Interface effectively with production and mechanical engineering teams. - Mentor operators, support maintenance, and lead improvement projects. - Adhere to cleanroom compliance, environmental impact, and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Define, adjust, and document process parameters; conduct simple DOE studies. - Validate process capability and repeatability; update process documentation. - Monitor yield, defects, and contamination; analyze metrology and SPC data. - Implement corrective and preventive actions; drive quality, cost, and lead‑time improvements. - Ensure cleanroom compliance; evaluate environmental impacts; support contamination controls. - Provide technical support to production; train operators on process best practices. - Collaborate with maintenance on critical equipment; later pilot equipment improvement projects.
