Job Description
**Job title** Marketing and Design Fellow **Role Summary** A short‑term fellowship focused on creating visual content for digital and print media. Works closely with design and revenue teams to produce presentations, marketing collateral, and social media assets that support sales campaigns and editorial storytelling. **Expectations** - Commit to a 3‑month term, 20–30 hours weekly, with office presence 3 days a week. - Deliver high‑volume, brand‑consistent designs on tight deadlines. - Maintain organized digital asset libraries and presentation templates. - Keep current with design trends to ensure fresh, competitive work. **Key Responsibilities** - Design custom presentations and proposal decks for Revenue & Partnerships. - Produce marketing materials for seasonal campaigns, newsletters, banner ads, and social media. - Contribute visual concepts during brainstorming sessions for partnerships and media opportunities. - Create graphics, illustrations, article imagery, and ads for website, email, digital, social, and print media. - Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines. - Manage projects from concept to delivery, meeting schedule and quality standards. - Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and project files. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative strategy. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint. - Strong understanding of design principles: composition, typography, color theory, layout, and branding. - Visual storytelling ability, especially for digital editorial. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and feedback orientation. - Self‑starter mindset with creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking. - Detail‑oriented, fast, and accurate in a dynamic environment. - Multi‑project management and deadline‑adherence capacity. - Problem‑solving initiative and eagerness to tackle new challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** - Pursuing or completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
