Job Description
**Job Title** People Operations Administrator **Role Summary** Deliver a legally compliant, customer‑centric people administration service to People Managers across the UK and Ireland. Manage recruitment documentation for dentists and hygienists, support the associate life cycle, ensure compliance with legislation and company policy, and continually improve processes. **Expectations** - Consistently achieve high quality and accuracy on all administrative tasks. - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and associate candidates. - Act with initiative, adhere to guidance, and manage deadlines effectively. - Contribute actively to process improvement and technology enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Process contract changes and leaver documentation for associate lifecycle. - Create formal offers, draft contracts, and manage e‑signature workflows (Adobe Sign). - Perform compliance checks: right‑to‑work, clinical referencing, GDC registration, education/qualification verifications, GDPR, equality, and Bupa brand standards. - Provide clear explanations of recruitment processes and contractual terms in plain English. - Maintain accurate records, use Microsoft Office tools, and support the people department’s day‑to‑day operations. - Collaborate with Practice Managers, Clinicians, and Support Centre colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. - Basic experience with online signing tools (Adobe Sign). - Strong verbal and written communication skills, friendly and professional telephone manner. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize under guidance. - Prior experience in administrative or HR/People processes preferred. - Customer‑centric approach with proven front‑line service experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of GCSE/GCSE equivalent or higher qualification. - Familiarity with HR/People processes and regulatory environment is essential. - No specific higher education or professional certification required.
