Job Description
Job title: International Communication Intern Role Summary: Support the global communications team by assisting in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, creating content, coordinating events, and managing media relations in a multicultural environment. Expactations: 6‑month on‑site internship; work independently and collaboratively; deliver clear written and verbal communication in French and English; contribute to multiple projects and communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to defining and revising the communication strategy and editorial line. - Create, edit, and update communication materials (press releases, emails, presentations). - Assist in organizing and coordinating external partners and events. - Draft and edit press releases, invitations, and media pitches. - Support the management of communication projects and timelines. - Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events and conferences. - Utilize photography and video editing skills to enhance content (optional). - Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Required Skills: - Strong oral, written, and digital communication abilities. - Proficiency in French and English; C1 proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Dutch, German, Arabic) considered an advantage. - Knowledge of communication concepts and tools. - Ability to organize press conferences, define editorial lines, and coordinate events. - Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility. - Basic photography and video editing skills (plus). Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political science, or related field (entry‑level acceptable). - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Motivation, creativity, and curiosity.
