Job title: AI Engineer
Role Summary: Drive the creation and deployment of AI‑powered solutions for growth marketing, leading projects from conception to production, architecting large‑language‑model pipelines, and integrating advanced NLP capabilities into products and services.
Expactations: Deep expertise in NLP beyond API use, comprehensive understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and modern language models; solid foundation in probabilistic modeling, algorithms, experimental design, and statistical inference; ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment; strong commitment to quality, detail orientation, and continuous learning of emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end AI initiatives: scope, research, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Design, evaluate, and refine LLM pipelines to achieve high accuracy in real‑world scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to embed AI capabilities into products.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI features with a focus on robustness and user impact.
- Document architecture, data workflows, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior members on AI best practices and toolchains.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript (T3), and C# (.NET).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Hands‑on work with large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and related toolkits.
- Strong NLP background: transformer models, embeddings, tokenization, model fine‑tuning.
- Knowledge of probabilistic modeling, algorithmic reasoning, experimental design, and statistical inference.
- Fast prototyping, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code quality practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: GCP AI/ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace Fundamentals.
