**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM to support sales strategy, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights. Serve as the primary Salesforce subject‑matter expert, ensure data integrity, provide training, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales operations with business objectives. **Expectations:** - Align Salesforce configuration with strategic sales goals. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and analytics. - Drive continuous process improvement and data quality. - Enable and coach sales teams on effective CRM usage. - Support sales leadership with insights for data‑driven decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Sales Director to design and execute sales strategies, target market definitions, and quota/compensation models. - Develop, document, and refine sales processes; manage forecasting models and pipeline management. - Oversee sales reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards. - Administer Salesforce: configure objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations; manage roles, permissions, and data security. - Identify and deploy new Salesforce features; maintain system health and prevent data issues. - Create and deliver end‑user training, documentation, and adoption support. - Support Regional Sales Managers and Technical Account Representatives through coaching, performance metrics, and feedback. - Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure data and process alignment across functions. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proficient in CRM reporting and BI tools. - Expertise in Salesforce administration, including workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proven people‑management and team‑development experience. - Deep knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and best practices in CRM utilization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar. - Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud preferred.
