Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B SaaS platforms in a streaming/arts‑technology context. Owns the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, onboarding, and long‑term retention, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and alignment with business objectives. Serves as both internal product owner and external advocate during demos, scoping, and onboarding.
**Expectations**
* Deliver a clear, data‑driven product strategy that drives growth and customer success.
* Enable cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, content, customer success, sales) to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
* Act as the customer voice, transforming insights into prioritized backlog items.
* Mentor junior product staff and shape the product organization as the company scales.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
2. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market/competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and pain points.
3. Prioritize backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead agile ceremonies as Product Owner/Scrum Master.
4. Engage with prospects and clients: scope requirements, deliver demonstrations, lead onboarding sessions, and capture feedback.
5. Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, content, and client‑facing teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
6. Create and maintain product documentation, best‑practice guides, and lean processes.
7. Define, track, and report on key metrics (usage, adoption, retention, performance) using analytics tools.
8. Communicate product progress, priorities, and status to leadership, teams, and external stakeholders.
9. Mentor and potentially lead a growing product management team.
**Required Skills**
* 6–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform or streaming products.
* Proven track record of owning and shipping full product lifecycles.
* Strong UX/product research, stakeholder management, and synthesis skills.
* Deep understanding of agile product development; experience as Product Owner and Scrum Master.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with client demos and internal road‑mapping.
* Data‑driven decision making; ability to set metrics, run analyses, and iterate.
* Ability to work across culturally diverse teams and adapt to change.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar are a plus.
