Job Description: **Job Title:** Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. Integrate diverse data sources into the Data Cloud, orchestrate data flow from Snowflake to operational data stores, and enable audience and metadata feeding into Marketing Cloud. Perform DevOps duties for legacy Marketo, MuleSoft, AWS, and PHP/Laravel environments, ensuring platform stability and performance. **Expectations:** * Deliver comprehensive solution architecture and high-quality code within an Agile Scrum framework. * Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Resolve complex issues across integrated systems and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Architect and execute Salesforce Data Cloud implementation across multiple markets. * Integrate data from Snowflake, other data lakes, and legacy systems into Data Cloud operational data store (ODS). * Design data flows and views for seamless audience provisioning to Marketing Cloud. * Troubleshoot and fix issues in Marketo, MuleSoft, AWS, and PHP/Laravel integrations. * Execute DevOps tasks: configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution. * Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. **Required Skills:** * 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and solution architecture. * 6+ years of DevOps experience with Snowflake, MuleSoft, AWS, and PHP (Laravel) environments. * Deep knowledge of data integration patterns and large‑scale data platform management. * Proficiency in troubleshooting cross‑system issues and performance bottlenecks. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Salesforce Data Cloud Architect or related Salesforce certification highly preferred. * DevOps or Cloud (AWS, Snowflake, MuleSoft) certifications advantageous.
