**Job Title:** Web Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain high‑end, performance‑focused digital experiences for luxury and premium brands using modern JAMstack, headless architecture, and a blend of Vue.js/Nuxt, WordPress, and Shopify. Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and senior developers to translate sophisticated designs into pixel‑perfect, scalable web solutions. **Expectations:** - Junior to mid‑level developer with strong curiosity and pride in craftsmanship. - Deliver clean, maintainable code respecting performance, scalability, and security standards. - Work independently while actively contributing ideas and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Embrace continuous learning of best practices and emerging web technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build bespoke websites using Vue.js/Nuxt and component‑based development. - Integrate APIs for CMS, e‑commerce, and custom business logic. - Convert high‑fidelity designs into responsive, performant front‑ends. - Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify sites for premium clients. - Optimize hosting environments, implement security hardening, and manage DNS. - Maintain and enhance existing projects, ensuring ongoing performance and scalability. - Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Contribute to internal thought leadership (blogs, case studies, award submissions). **Required Skills:** - Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js/Nuxt. - Proficiency in API consumption and integration. - Understanding of component‑based architecture and Git version control. - Familiarity with JAMstack, headless CMS concepts, and performance optimization. - Good communication and teamwork skills. **Bonus Skills:** - Node.js/Express development. - Experience with headless CMS platforms. - Shopify or other e‑commerce platform experience. - Knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and animation libraries (e.g., GSAP). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Formal degree not mandatory; relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is advantageous. - Demonstrated ability through portfolio, personal projects, or commercial experience is essential.
