Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Manager (Client Tools & ERP) Role Summary: Lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and supporting innovative client-facing tools and ERP solutions for the Magri entity. Oversee project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business strategy. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards - Provide strategic recommendations for process and tool improvements - Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors - Maintain operational readiness and continuous support of implemented solutions Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and close projects for client tools and subsequent ERP integrations - Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into functional specifications - Propose and integrate suitable technological solutions within the existing IT ecosystem - Coordinate internal resources and external contractors (excluding financial negotiations) - Manage project schedules, progress, risks, and quality assurance - Facilitate project and technical development meetings - Create and disseminate user documentation and standard operating procedures - Conduct or supervise testing and pre‑deployment validation - Provide regular status reports to senior management - Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives - Mentor and support project‑related staff Required Skills: - Project management expertise (planning, monitoring, stakeholder management) - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities - Proficiency with ERP (SAGE preferred), CRM, web, and database systems - Experience with client‑centric IT tool implementation - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive results Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent - Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage - Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in client tools or ERP deployment.
