Job Title: Business Analyst
Role Summary: Design, implement, and support technical integrations between enterprise platforms, translating stakeholder requirements into functional integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
Expectations: 6‑month contract with high extension probability; hybrid work model, 4 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, identifying integration opportunities.
- Evaluate existing systems (applications, databases, infrastructure) to assess integration feasibility and identify constraints.
- Collaborate with enterprise and Salesforce architects to design technical integration solutions, including data mapping, workflow automation, and interface specifications.
- Partner with development teams to implement integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational standards.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve integration defects, coordinating with QA and supporting stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate integration plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, managing expectations.
- Work with other Business Systems Analysts to standardize functional practices across the ADX program.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in integration platforms, APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, RESTful APIs).
- Strong knowledge of data formats and protocols (JSON, XML, CSV, HTTP, FTP, SFTP).
- Experience with database technologies, both relational and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a role focused on technical integrations.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or Salesforce are advantageous but not mandatory.
