**Vice President of Marketing and Communications**
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic marketing, brand management, and communications initiatives to enhance The Apollo’s visibility, engage audiences, and advance organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns, manage brand identity, and oversee ticket revenue strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor marketing, communications, and community engagement teams; provide performance development and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including brand campaigns, digital platforms, media relations, and paid advertising to broaden audience reach.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal guidelines across all channels.
- Manage budget, coordinate with design and PR teams, and direct external agencies for integrated campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, set KPIs, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with annual and long-term organizational objectives.
**Required Skills**
Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, audience segmentation, and digital/digital-first marketing tools (social media, SEO/SEM). Strong leadership, cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder management, and proficiency in analytics/measurement tools for campaign optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred. Certifications in digital marketing, public relations, or project management advantageous.
