Job title: Senior International Trading Manager
Role Summary: Own and execute the digital trading strategy for SKIMS’ international eCommerce platforms, primarily across EMEA. Drive revenue growth through data‑driven merchandising, pricing, assortment, and localised promotion initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and optimal inventory performance.
Expactations: Deliver measurable improvements in sales metrics (CVR, AOV, UPT) and revenue targets for international markets; provide actionable insights and reporting; maintain cross‑regional alignment with global merchandising, planning, and marketing teams; manage a direct reports and support the localisation of content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce regular performance reports and translate analytics into actionable insights for EMEA markets.
- Analyze merchandising and financial KPIs to optimize conversion, average order value, and units per transaction.
- Identify and exploit commercial opportunities unique to each market, adjusting inventory and pricing accordingly.
- Build and manage localized trading calendars, coordinating launch events, promotions, and volume sales initiatives.
- Oversee product lifecycle on site: merchandising strategy, cross‑sell initiatives, discoverability, and retirement decisions.
- Partner with CRM and performance marketing to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Align campaign execution across regions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize product assortment, pricing, and stock availability; collaborate with Planning & Merchandising to meet financial targets.
- Work closely with Planning & Data teams to refine forecasting and demand planning.
- Lead localisation efforts: adapt content, imagery, and messaging for cultural relevance.
- Manage and develop a direct report, fostering collaboration and meeting deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 5‑7 years of eCommerce, merchandising, or trading experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong storytelling with data.
- Expertise in digital merchandising, promotional planning, and on‑site optimisation.
- Experience with Looker, PowerPoint, Shopify (preferred).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- Assertive, persuasive team player, adept at building relationships across functions.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, priority‑shifting environments.
- Willingness to collaborate with US teams and travel to central London office as needed.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. (No specific certifications required, though industry credentials in eCommerce or digital marketing are advantageous.)
