**Job Title** Influencer Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Develop, execute, and optimize a global influencer strategy that supports brand vision, drives engagement, awareness, and conversion. Build and manage relationships with micro to macro influencers, content creators, and VIPs, negotiating contracts and ensuring cohesive collaboration across paid media, social, and brand channels. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable ROI through influencer initiatives. - Maintain brand consistency while fostering authentic, long‑term partnerships. - Adapt quickly to fast‑paced fashion environment, exceeding campaign objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Promote brand vision and messaging across influencer community. - Implement cross‑platform influencer marketing strategy with both organic and paid content. - Retain existing influencers and onboard new advocates aligned with brand pillars. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts for paid and earned partnerships. - Coordinate content distribution with paid media and social teams for integrated campaigns. - Innovate tactics, stay abreast of emerging platforms and trends. - Execute activations for brand launches and key initiatives. - Track and analyze performance metrics, ROI, and conversion rates. - Conduct competitive analysis, industry research, and KPI benchmarking. - Lead cross‑functional collaboration, driving growth for the marketing team. **Required Skills** - 5–7 years of influencer marketing experience (brand or agency). - Proven track record in beauty/fashion or related category. - Extensive network of social media talent and understanding of emerging platforms. - Contract negotiation expertise (micro‑to‑VIP). - Strategic, creative thinking and excellent written & oral communication. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and deadline‑adherence skills. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving landscape. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with community management or customer service a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy) are an advantage.
