Drive revenue growth through data‑driven merchandising, pricing, assortment, and localised promotion initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and optimal inventory performance. Expactations: Deliver measurable improvements in sales metrics (CVR, AOV, UPT) and revenue targets for international markets; provide actionable insights and reporting; maintain cross‑regional alignment with global merchandising, planning, and marketing teams; manage a direct reports and support the localisation of content and campaigns.
