Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Internship Role Summary: Support the sales team by generating qualified leads, conducting prospecting, and setting appointments for newly opened accounts. Work closely with the co‑founder and sales managers to develop commercial skills and understand the company’s digital and sourcing tools. Expectations: * Complete a minimum of 3 months internship. * Demonstrate determination, strong commercial drive, and a commitment to performance. * Show dynamism, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: * Execute outbound telephone prospecting using the established CRM. * Identify and qualify client needs. * Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospects. * Negotiate contracts and support closing activities. * Participate in ongoing commercial training, digital sourcing, and tool usage. Required Skills: * Proactive and self‑motivated with a keen interest in business development. * Strong communication, active listening, and rapport‑building abilities. * Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. * Curiosity and willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
