Job title: Manager, Enterprise Apps – Workday Architect Role Summary: Lead the Business Applications team to design, maintain, and optimize the enterprise HR platform, primarily Workday. Job title: Manager, Enterprise Apps – Technical Operations Role Summary: Lead the design, integration, and compliant operation of regulated enterprise systems across the organization, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce ATM, SAP CGTO, and enterprise MDM to support clinical supply chain, commercial operations, quality management, and manufacturing. Expectations: 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or CGT IT, proven track record of SAP S/4HANA transformation, and hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud/ATM. Strong knowledge of GxP (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5), SDLC, validation, change control, and master data governance. Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
