Job Description
**Job Title:** Process Analyst 2 **Role Summary** Support the Bank’s mission to improve operational efficiency by documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes. Ensure all process maps meet internal standards; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements; manage process governance and tool implementation; and train staff on process management practices. **Expectations** - Align process documentation with internal guidelines and quality standards. - Use BPMN, Lean, or Agile methods to discover and resolve inefficiencies. - Maintain and evolve a Process Management Framework and Process Architecture. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to embed process improvements across the organization. - Deliver training and awareness to enhance process literacy. **Key Responsibilities** - Document and publish detailed process maps and procedures for the organization. - Analyse workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for harmonisation. - Gather, consolidate, and analyse process data using appropriate tools and techniques. - Respond to internal queries, providing clear explanations of processes. - Support the upkeep and enhancement of the Process Management Framework and Process Architecture. - Design and deliver process‑management training and awareness sessions. - Assist in the implementation and adoption of the new Business Process Management (BPM) tool. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of experience in process management. - Practical expertise in BPMN, Lean, and/or Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of BPM tools, internal control systems, and Process Architecture. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (or high proficiency). - Results‑driven mindset with the capability to drive momentum in an international setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Completed higher or academic education (or equivalent demonstrated experience and thinking level). - No specific certifications required, though knowledge of BPM or process‑management certifications is a plus.
