**Job Title:** Consultant, Digital Transformation **Role Summary:** Provide strategic and hands‑on guidance to manufacturing clients for digital and process transformation. Analyze current operations, identify improvement opportunities, design roadmaps, and support implementation to achieve measurable efficiency, quality, and traceability gains. **Expectations:** - Apply manufacturing and MES knowledge to assess client environments. - Communicate technical concepts in business terms and drive stakeholder consensus. - Lead change‑management activities, ensuring adoption of new tools and processes. - Deliver results tracked by defined KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct workshops and interviews to map production workflows and information flows (MES, automation, manual). - Perform gap analysis and identify digital, automation, or process redesign opportunities. - Develop pragmatic transformation roadmaps integrating technology upgrades, process changes, and people‑focused initiatives. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (operations, IT, management) to design and execute scalable solutions. - Facilitate implementation, training, and rollout of new tools; monitor post‑deployment performance. - Track and report KPI improvements (efficiency, downtime, quality, traceability). - Serve as trusted advisor, translating technical details into business value. **Required Skills:** - Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, preferably with MES or automation systems. - Strong analytical ability to evaluate processes and data flows. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement. - Proven ability to bridge technical and business languages. - Project or change‑management mindset; capable of guiding adoption and sustaining change. - Adaptable, continuous‑learning attitude toward emerging Industry 4.0 tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Change Management) are advantageous but not mandatory.
