Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Automation Engineer – HVAC & Refrigeration (F/M) Role Summary Design, implement, and maintain automated control systems for industrial refrigeration and air‑handling units. Ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and reliability across manufacturing and client sites. Expectations Deliver functional automation solutions, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide on‑site support during commissioning. Key Responsibilities - Program PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal, Schneider Unity) and develop HMI applications. - Configure and supervise SCADA systems (WinCC, PCVue, Indusoft, Vijeo Designer). - Participate in plant and client site commissioning, performing parameterization and fine‑tuning. - Optimize energy consumption of refrigeration and HVAC systems. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous operation. - Prepare and update technical documentation, schematics, and operation manuals. Required Skills - Proficiency with Siemens and Schneider PLC programming and related supervisory tools. - Solid understanding of industrial control architecture and digital signal processing. - Knowledge of thermodynamics, hydraulics, and refrigeration cycle fundamentals. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a technical environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+2/3) in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Electronics. - Certifications in PLC programming or industrial automation preferred.
