**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager **Role Summary:** Coordinate and deliver technology initiatives across multiple projects, aligning teams to enterprise goals through Jira governance and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations:** - Lead program-level coordination, ensuring structured project practices and alignment with business objectives. - Manage Jira governance, linking initiatives to epics and deliverables. - Partner with Architecture and Technology Committees to maintain standards and transparency. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Define project objectives, map to Jira epics, and report progress, risks, and dependencies. 2. Oversee program-level initiatives across technical verticals. 3. Align distributed project managers to consistent processes. 4. Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership on project status. 5. Ensure adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). 6. Coordinate with Architecture and cross-functional teams to meet enterprise standards. **Required Skills:** - Jira administration, reporting, and governance expertise. - Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects. - Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). - Strong analytical and structured reporting abilities. - Excellent stakeholder communication and team alignment skills. - Background in financial services or enterprise technology environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years in technical project/program management. - Experience with Architecture/Technology Committees. - Track record of establishing consistent processes in distributed PM teams.
